Using The Super Mega Rainbow Updater Facebook fans visiting the UK Skittles page could post their current status update to a call centre operator. The operators read each update out loud before posting the video back to the user’s Facebook wall. The campaign ran for two weeks – although, like all good call centers, there were be scheduled opening hours and the office will be closed on Sundays.
